You tell us who you’d like to support and we organise the rest. They get a calm, secure home for their team, Events, safeguarding records and giving, and you see the difference it makes.

We talk it through
We’ll get in touch to understand what you’d like to support and agree a sponsorship that fits, then introduce you to them, by name or anonymously.
They get StewardStack free
We set them up, train their team and cover the costs, so nothing comes out of their budget or their donors’ gifts.
You see the difference
Each year we send you a short summary of what your sponsorship made possible: Events run, people registered and gifts received.

Sponsor a whole ministry or parish, or just one Event. Either way, they keep what they would otherwise pay us and lose in card fees.
A ministry or parish
Everything they would otherwise pay us, for as long as you sponsor them, with nothing held back for a paid tier.
A single Event
A retreat, a camp or a conference: the costs of its registrations and donations, so every ticket and gift reaches the organisers in full.
Fees on every payment
We waive our own fee on their registrations and donations, and your sponsorship can repay the card processing fees too, so every gift reaches them in full.
Setup and training
We bring their records across and train their administrators, Event Organisers and the people who handle safeguarding in the parts they use.

- Run mostly by volunteers, or on a tight budget
