Built for the work behind every gathering.
We help run retreats, camps and gatherings ourselves. StewardStack brings the people, Events and safeguarding checks behind them into one calm, dependable place.
Meet the people behind StewardStack.
Daniel and John are building StewardStack from inside ministry, working evenings, late nights and weekends to create dependable software for work they know firsthand.

Daniel Paul
Design Engineer
Daniel previously built and sold a SaaS company. He brings years of experience designing dependable, compliance-heavy products that make complex work feel simple, alongside hands-on ministry leadership that keeps StewardStack grounded in the realities organisations face.

John Joseph
Product Engineer
John is an experienced product owner and product engineer. He brings customer success into the product itself, listening closely to organisations, shaping useful features, and helping ministry teams get lasting value from StewardStack as their needs evolve.
Why we are building a business, not a charity.
We care deeply about the mission StewardStack serves. We have also chosen to build it as a business, rather than a charity or a free side project, because organisations need software they can rely on for years.
- 01
Dependable software has real costs
Secure hosting, careful maintenance, support and ongoing improvements all need consistent investment. A subscription means those essentials do not depend on donations or whatever spare time we have left.
- 02
Customers deserve accountability
Paying for a service creates a clear promise: StewardStack must earn its place in your organisation and we must keep making it useful, reliable and worthy of your trust.
- 03
Sustainability serves the mission
A healthy business can keep showing up for the long term. It lets us support organisations today while building the team and product they will need tomorrow.
The mission shapes the product. The business helps it last.
Charging for StewardStack is not a step away from the mission. It is how we can keep improving the product, support the organisations that trust us and build something they can safely depend on—not only while we have spare evenings, but for the long term.
